Handling Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
for My Vendor Store
Generally speaking, as long as a customer’s order hasn’t processed or shipped, you may allow the customer to make changes to it. However, because all fulfillment and shipment of products ordered on GreekMarketHub.com are handled by each specific vendor, each vendor has the option to set specific policies for their store regarding:
- order changes or cancellations
- exchanges
- returns
- refunds
All customer questions about changes to their order, shipping status, refunds or exchanges will be handled directly by the Vendor. Make sure your Vendor store has accurate contact information to handle any customer service-related concerns.
