Here’s a few answers to some of our most asked questions…

Account Help

To reset your password, either click on the “forgot password” link on the user login page, or

  • login to My Account
  • select the “Account Details” tab
  • enter you new password int eh “Password Change” section

You can cancel your user account at any time during.  From your  “Account” page, just scroll down to “delete” or “close” my account.   

Orders & Purchases

You will receive an email with a tracking link after your order has been shipped utilizing the delivery option you selected at checkout.

You may also click this link to check the status of your order. Your vendor may also send you notifications about any important updates regarding your order – just make sure you’ve opted in to receive  notifications.

All orders on GreekMarketHub.com are fulfilled directly by each store vendor.  If any part of your order is missing, please contact the vendor directly.

Canceling your order is the last thing a vendor will want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won’t be charged. For more information, contact the seller directly.

The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:

The vendor will send you an email if any part of your order was canceled or if more information is needed to process your order.

Yes, local pick up is an option for SOME vendors.  Please view vendor’s store profile or specific product details to determine if those specific items are available for local pick-up.

Shipping & Tracking

Some products on GreekMarketHub.com may offer free shipping.  If the vendor is offering free shipping, you may be prompted to enter a coupon code during checkout.  If the product or order includes free shipping, it will be noted on one of the following:

  • specific product page
  • View Cart page
  • at checkout

At this time, we can’t change your delivery address once the order has been marked as “processed”. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you may be able to contact the vendor directly to change the shipping address.  

If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, contact the vendor and check the tracking links for the shipping provider to see the current status of your order.

Please note: If you’ve ordered during a busy holiday season, remember that deliveries might take a little longer to get to you.

Most vendors on GreekMarketHub.com deliver to the 48 contiguous states in the United States, the District of Columbia,  and US military bases. Please contact the vendor directly to determine if they deliver to Post Office boxes or ship internationally.

Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it.  Generally speaking, as long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, it may be possible to make changes to it.  However, all fulfillment and shipment of products ordered on GreekMarketHub.com are handled by each specific vendor.   

For questions about editing your order or updates on your shipping status, please contact the vendor directlyFor questions about cancelling all or part of your order or product refunds, please see the individual merchant’s listing page for their specific refund policy.

To access your orders, you’ll first want to log in and pull up your order. Go to Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username.

On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.  Once on the selected order, click on the link for the Vendor’s store name to access the Vendor’s contact information.

All returns are handled by each specific vendor.  If the vendor accepts returns, please contact the vendor directly to follow their directions for product returns.

All refunds are handled directly by each store vendor, so please refer to the return policy for that specific vendor.  If that vendor accepts returns, after submitting your return, please allow at least 14 days of processing time before checking your refund status.
